3. Reporting Damage
If you believe your item has been damaged during shipping, you must:
- Notify us of the damage within 5 days of delivery.
- Return the item along with all original packaging and paperwork.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the item as-is. After this period, you will not have the right to reject the item.
4. Alterations and Returns
Please refrain from altering or tampering with the item during the return period. If we suspect that any parts have been modified or replaced, we will not be able to process a return, and you will forfeit your right to a refund.

6. Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked and fully insured shipping method, as you retain responsibility for the item until it arrives back at our facility. Any additional charges incurred for customs or shipping will be deducted from your refund. If tracking numbers are requested, you must provide them.
