Exposure to water, high humidity, or extreme temperatures can result in damage. Please note that any damage caused by such exposure is not covered under our return or exchange policy and will render the item ineligible for return.***
1. Return Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn, and unused.
- Accompanied by all original packaging, including tags and any documentation.
- Supported by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exposure to water, high humidity, or extreme temperatures can result in damage. Please note that any damage caused by such exposure is not covered under our return or exchange policy and will render the item ineligible for return.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage you to examine your purchase upon delivery. If you discover any defects or discrepancies, please notify us immediately, in line with your obligations under the Terms.
3. Reporting Damage
If you believe your item has been damaged during shipping, you must:
- Notify us of the damage within 5 days of delivery.
- Return the item along with all original packaging and paperwork.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the item as-is. After this period, you will not have the right to reject the item.
4. Alterations and Returns
Please refrain from altering or tampering with the item during the return period. If we suspect that any parts have been modified or replaced, we will not be able to process a return, and you will forfeit your right to a refund.

6. Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked and fully insured shipping method, as you retain responsibility for the item until it arrives back at our facility. Any additional charges incurred for customs or shipping will be deducted from your refund. If tracking numbers are requested, you must provide them.
7. Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements. If approved, you will receive a refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card agency may take additional time to process the refund.
8. Non-Returnable Items
